How did Time to Shine get started?
Years ago I was working at FedEx, putting in 12-hour days and wearing my body down. It paid the bills, but it was not the life I wanted.
One weekend a friend who owned a window cleaning business asked me to help on a job. I got a taste of the work and of being my own boss, and I was hooked.
So I quit FedEx and went all in on window cleaning. I did not have a big company behind me. I had a squeegee, a ladder, and a promise to do right by every customer I met.
I traded 12-hour days breaking my body down at FedEx for a trade I actually love. More than 25 years later, I'm still glad I did.
